Summer Punch with Fresh Fruits

Enjoy a refreshing summer punch with fresh fruit, perfect for hot days and social gatherings.

Zubereitung:

Cut the pineapple, strawberries, and peaches into pieces.
Knife tip: It’s best to cut with the knives from the Darkline series: The pineapple with the grippy bread knife (Bread Cut knife), and peaches and strawberries with the Fly Wheel Cut S, which is comfortable to hold and perfect for smaller cutting tasks.

Slice an orange and a lime.

Place all the fruit and a tablespoon of cane sugar into a large vessel, e.g., a storage jar.

Squeeze the juice of a lime and an orange into the jar.

Top up with passion fruit juice and mineral water and fill with ice cubes. Stir and enjoy ice-cold.

If preferred, instead of just mineral water, use 500ml mineral water and 500ml Prosecco.

TIP: For even more fruit flavor, let the punch infuse for 1 hour and then top up with ice cubes and enjoy.
