Twice as sharp
This enhanced version of the knife sharpener comes with two precision sharpening stones in different grit sizes. The rougher grit (400) is suitable for coarse sharpening and the finer grit (800) for fine sharpening and to give the knives a lasting sharpness.
The application

This makes professional sharpening possible for everyone in no time and with no effort. For optimum sharpening results, moisten the stones before use. Hold the knife at a right angle to the base surface. The cutting edge should be pointing downwards. Ensure that the blade is evenly positioned. Only apply gentle pressure. The sharpening movement is from top to bottom.
