Hasselback Zucchini with Mozzarella Filling

Discover Hasselback zucchini with mozzarella filling, a delicious dish that is easy to prepare and will delight everyone.

Preparation:

Slice the washed zucchini as described above and then place them in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200°C with both bottom and top heat.

Slice the mozzarella and insert the slices into as many slits as possible (it may not be possible for each one).

Mix the olive oil with salt and thyme in a small bowl and then drizzle the oil over the zucchinis. Bake the Hasselback zucchinis for about 30-40 minutes at 200°C until they are golden brown.

After baking, remove them from the oven and enjoy immediately. They are best served with a large salad and perhaps some homemade garlic herb sauce.

150-200g mozzarella
